This project was a dynamic fast track tenant improvement that included the State of California (DMV and Department of Rehabilitation), Dr. Edmund Yao and two classroom spaces for Heald College. We knocked this out in about 10 weeks even with multiple challenges including the incorporation of LEED Silver items, the Christmas Holiday and Building Department furloughs.
