The property owner's broker contacted us to perform some much needed maintenance that had been deferred. We quickly repaired the problem areas in both the building and on the site so the building owner would be ready to move in a new tenant and avoid owning an empty building. In short order Ascent completed miscellaneous items including replacement of asphalt, demo and replacement of concrete on the interior and exterior, removal of debris from the previous tenant, repair of walls in the offices and filling of cracks in the building slab with epoxy rated for fork lift traffic.
