"I wouldn't want to do this job with any other contractor" John Buckel, Capital Partners Development Company
DTL is a subsidiary of the industry leading Japanese machine tool manufacturer, Mori Seiki. DTL's specialties include:
- Thermal Displacement Analysis
- Analysis of Natural Vibration Frequency
- Fluid Analysis
- Acceleration / Deceleration Testing
- Vibration Testing
During construction of this fast track project, Ascent's design-build wizards helped create special spaces for the next generation of nano-technology. For example, we created special rooms that manage air temperature to 1/10 of a degree (Celsius) and feature temperature-controlled vibration isolation pads weighing over 250,000 pounds each to support machines designed to cut metals to tolerances of less than 1/1,000,000,000 of an inch.
