This tenant improvement is our second in a series for the award-winning 2020 L Street building.
Lumens Light + Living has established its reputation as the premiere Sacramento lighting and living showroom by acquiring an eclectic mix of indoor and outdoor lighting, as well as a great selection of home accessories. The company started in Sacramento, but through the internet, they have been able to expand and distribute their lighting fixtures all over the world. They have decided to establish their headquarters in the lower level of the 2020 L Street building in downtown Sacramento. We were happy to be a part of the team.
