The Oakley Civic Center is a great example of what can happen when you match a well-managed design-build team with a progressive public agency. This project was honed continuously to give the City a great facility at a great price in a compressed timeframe.
Creative solutions abound, from the faux copper dome to the custom leaf sculpture to the "big back yard" city park.
It went so well that Ascent was invited back 2 years later to build Oakley's new fire station.
